Audrey’s travel writing and photography began in earnest in 2008 to simply to keep a diary of her family’s best adventures and discoveries while traveling and attending art events, exploring and consulting on Michigan placemaking and travel throughout the state, and to share those postcards on her popular social media platform Vintage Mitten.

From Audrey:

(This site HANDPRINT Midwest Notebook is under construction! Thanks for your patience.)

“My goal is to showcase the feeling, aesthetic, vibe and stories of the people living and creating in Michigan. Together we'll explore the beauty and adventure that goes with the fields, peninsula coast, lakes, lighthouses and everything in between. Let's share our hearts as we navigate this wild time in history. Art is a healing unifier. We are one Midwest family and the Mitten and Yooper handprint of the heartland is always calling us home in Michigan. Thanks for visiting!
